100% fruit juice or whole fruit?
It’s not a case of choosing one or the other: fruit juice is best consumed as part of a diet rich in fruits and vegetables (world health authorities recommend consuming at least 400g of fruit & vegetables every day and this can include a portion of 100% fruit juice).1
